Old carpet and pad out, tack strip checked, subfloor cleaned and repaired.

Pad & Stretch
New pad laid, carpet power-stretched and seamed tight.

Trim & Vacuum
Edges tucked, transitions set, and the whole floor vacuumed before we leave.
