We confirm the subfloor is flat, dry, sound, and fastened tight.

Acclimate
Wood acclimates on site so it will not cup or gap after install.

Nail & Rack
Boards blind-nailed and racked so no two joints line up awkwardly.

Sand & Finish
Sanded flat, stained if specified, then sealed with your chosen sheen.
