Our Story
Heavenly Floors, Inc. is a flooring installation company built by Natividad Arreguin around one idea: the part of the job nobody sees is the part that decides whether a floor lasts. We are based in Visalia, and most of our Central Valley work still comes from neighbors who saw a floor we put in down the street.
We install the full range of modern flooring — luxury vinyl plank, LVT, rigid-core, SPC, laminate, sheet vinyl, engineered hardwood, solid hardwood, and carpet — plus floor refinishing and baseboard. Over the years the work has taken us well beyond Tulare County: Fresno, Kern, and Madera Counties, Bakersfield, the Central Coast around Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo, Los Angeles County including Pacific Palisades and Pasadena, and the East Bay across Alameda County.
We work residential and commercial, and Heavenly Floors, Inc. is certified to perform work for the State of California. Whether it is one bedroom of carpet, a whole-house vinyl plank replacement, a hardwood floor worth refinishing instead of replacing, or a commercial floor that has to go in after hours, you are dealing with the people who will actually be doing the work.
